Kissing Booth For Almost Home Rescue

Puppy Love That is what I was surrounded by on Sunday at the Dog Wash Etc. This was my 5th year photographing the Kissing Booth and it was a ton of fun.  Yup, 5 years of photographing dogs of all ages and sizes and the craziness in-between. If you haven’t been to our Kissing Booth event you had better come next year. It is so ridiculously cute.

There are many great reasons why I love helping put on this event. First and foremost it is because we want to raise as much money as we can for Almost Home Rescue.

Why Almost Home Rescue?

Almost Home Rescue is a non-profit all-breed rescue organization dedicated to saving lives and finding forever homes for stray, abandoned and surrendered dogs in danger of euthanasia. They are strictly a volunteer-run organization and have no paid staff or board members. They rely on a network of volunteer foster homes and do not have a physical shelter. Almost Home Rescue holds permits to import dogs to the States of Maine and New Hampshire.

To sum up the day…  there was a lot of tail wagging, puppy kisses, howling, and of course, everyone left with lots of treats. Cookies for the pups and candy for their people.  Everyone left happy.

Get ready to giggle here are photos from the booth!

I have to show off my sweet Millie Blu.

These two look like they are chatting about what type of cookies they want after the photo shoot and that how they are best buds forever.

For the older pups who did not want to go into the kissing booth.  We took good care of you!

A big shout out to all the folks who volunteered for the big day and helped make everything go smoothly. Especially you Emma! Thanks for all your hard work.

Until next year… keep on kissing!
